GONE.ARCHIVE offers a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with all archival tags intact. We strive to ensure every curated piece finds its rightful place in your collection, providing a seamless exchange process for all orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and GONE.ARCHIVE security tags remain attached and undamaged.

• 3.
  Dispatch Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our archival team verifies the condition of the returned pieces, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
